RESOLVED - PDO on Starka should now be functioning normally.

We are aware that Starka thinks PDO isn’t installed, we are rectifying this issue, it should be working again in the next day or two.

Chopin - Domains

There appears to be an issue between free hosting server Chopin and x10hosting’s nameservers, where any user that tries to add a parked or addon domain receives this error:

Error from domain wrapper: nameserver: reload skipped on chopin (nameserver disabled)

Administration is aware and is working to resolve this issue.

Free Hosting - Mail/SMTP

We are aware of current mail issues with all free hosting servers, and they are being worked on.

The email issues will hopefully be resolved in the next week. We started implementation of some specialized software for emailing filters, however it required routing changes on edge routers that may be breaking external routing that you guys are using. We are working with our DC and the software vendor to work through some technical issues that have came up regarding it.

Stoli - cPanel [Resolved]

At approximately 6:43 AM CST, all of x10hosting services went down due to an issue with our datacenter. We are aware of this, and this has already been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The SAN (Essentially, the server’s harddrive) for free hosting server Stoli has disconnected itself. Administration has been notified and we will update when it is back online.

Everyone’s files should remain intact.

Free Hosting - Domains/DNS Issue [Resolved]

UPDATE 4/24/12 -Administration has identified and resolved what has caused this issue. However, accounts already affected by this DNS issue should open support tickets so that support staff can manually fix their accounts.

If your account is affected by any of the following in any of your domains, please open a support ticket:

Connection Reset errors

No DNS entries when attempting a traceroute

Constant connection timed out

It has come to our attention that some accounts on our free hosting servers are having issues with their domains and DNS, causing their websites to become inaccessible (Typically through a connection reset or timed out error). Administration is aware and is working on identifying and fixing the problem.

Stoli - MySQL [Resolved]

RESOLVED 04/24/12 - MySQL should not be running fine on Stoli.

MySQL on Stoli is currently down. Administration and support staff are currently working to identify and solve the issue. We will keep you updated when we have more information.

We do not have an eta on when MySQL will be back up at this time.

Chopin - Missing Files [Resolved]

RESOLVED 04/23/12 - It was indeed an issue with the SAN disconnecting. This has now been fixed.

Accounts and files on the free hosting server Chopin appear to have ‘disappeared’ - This is likely simply the SAN disconnecting. Everyone’s files should be intact and will be accessible again once fixed, if this is the case.

We will update when we have more information.
