Starka PDO [Resolved]
RESOLVED - PDO on Starka should now be functioning normally.
We are aware that Starka thinks PDO isn’t installed, we are rectifying this issue, it should be working again in the next day or two.
Default Web Page
Some newly created domains/accounts are showing the “Default Web Page”. This is just a temporary error, so if your domain is affected by this then please wait up to 24 hours before creating a support ticket. Please be aware that this page does not affect your access to cPanel - you should be able to access your control panel and files fine. Thank you for your patience.
Chopin - Domains
There appears to be an issue between free hosting server Chopin and x10hosting’s nameservers, where any user that tries to add a parked or addon domain receives this error:

Administration is aware and is working to resolve this issue.
Free Hosting - Mail/SMTP
We are aware of current mail issues with all free hosting servers, and they are being worked on.
The email issues will hopefully be resolved in the next week. We started implementation of some specialized software for emailing filters, however it required routing changes on edge routers that may be breaking external routing that you guys are using. UPDATE 4/24/12 -Administration has identified and resolved what has caused this issue. However, accounts already affected by this DNS issue should open support tickets so that support staff can manually fix their accounts.

Stoli - MySQL [Resolved]
RESOLVED 04/24/12 - MySQL should not be running fine on Stoli.
MySQL on Stoli is currently down. Administration and support staff are currently working to identify and solve the issue. We will keep you updated when we have more information.
We do not have an eta on when MySQL will be back up at this time.
Chopin - Missing Files [Resolved]
RESOLVED 04/23/12 - It was indeed an issue with the SAN disconnecting. This has now been fixed.
Accounts and files on the free hosting server Chopin appear to have ‘disappeared’ - This is likely simply the SAN disconnecting. Everyone’s files should be intact and will be accessible again once fixed, if this is the case.
We will update when we have more information.

RESOLVED 04/23/12 - This should now be resolved.
Free hosting server Chopin is currently full - This means that users will not be able to upload any files to their accounts until this has been resolved.
Stoli - Ioncube [Resolved]
RESOLVED 04/19/12 8:36 AM CST - We have reinstalled the ioncube php loader, and everything seems to be functioning normally now.

Lotus - cPanel Issue Update
We are working with cPanel regarding the issue with the cPanel on Lotus. Something from the latest update we did has caused cPanel to constantly change permissions of some core files rendering cPanel unusable. Ourselves along with cPanel are having trouble tracking down the cause of it. We hope to have it resolved soon and have put some things in place to keep it working for the most part....
Server Disk Issues
Over the past 3 weeks some of you know we’ve experienced issues with “disk storage full” and other similar errors from cPanel and FTP. Today we will resolve that error (hopefully) once and for all.
The issue should be fully resolved on the server Lotus as of 9:00 PM GMT.
The Chopin server is processing changes to resolve the issue, they should be completed before 11 PM GMT.

Lotus - cPanel Issue
Something with the upgrades that were done last night broke the ability to login to Lotus’ cPanel properly. We are currently working on the issue and have opened a ticket with cPanel for help troubleshooting what part of the upgrade caused this to happen.

The past week our datacenter experienced a few outages on their private network which in turn caused free hosting to go down completely. Free hosting relies on the private network to communicate with all of our systems including the SAN that your data is stored on, so an outage on the private network means an outage for free hosting.

(Completed) All Free Servers
We will be updating our MySQL servers to the latest version this evening, there will be a minor outage for the MySQL servers during this time. We expect no more then 5 minutes of total downtime for this upgrade.
(Completed) Lotus
We need to make some changes to the SAN connection for this server to improve throughput. We are taking the connection offline temporarily.
This has been completed for now, we still have some minor maintenance to do but will finish later tonight.

We will be doing a chassis swap on Stoli this evening to bring it in line with the SSD\SAS setup like the rest of the free servers. More updates will be posted as we get closer to doing the swap, configurations and files are being copied now but should have no impact on services.
